Use cases

Six breaks in the care pathway, six Jinko responses

Our nurses pick up weak signals before they turn into breaks in care.

In oncology, rare diseases and severe chronic conditions.

Example: a treatment requiring pre-treatment tests before initiation

Problem. Some treatments require several preliminary tests, which patients do not always complete on time and which doctors lack the time to coordinate, to the point that treatment may never start.

Jinko’s response. The nurse coordinates the checklist from start to finish, organises missing tests with the right contacts and liaises with the doctor so that treatment starts on schedule.

Outcome. The patient arrives at the consultation with a complete file: their care starts on the date set by the doctor.

Example: digestive side effects and the risk of malnutrition

Problem. Some treatments cause digestive symptoms so severe that they lead to malnutrition, and therefore to treatment discontinuation, if no one manages them in time.

Jinko’s response. The nurse monitors weight and symptoms via secure messaging. Within a few days, she arranges a dietitian consultation close to home and liaises with the medical team, who can adjust care at the right time.

Outcome. Symptoms are managed in time, the patient’s nutritional status is preserved and the medical team stays in control of what comes next.

Example: surgery followed by a return to treatment

Problem. After surgery, patients must have recovered sufficiently to resume treatment. Without preparation beforehand or follow-up afterwards, this restart may simply not happen.

Jinko’s response. The nurse follows the patient before and after the procedure, gives advice to support recovery and coordinates the various professionals involved.

Outcome. The patient approaches the restart of their treatment in the best possible conditions, at the time planned by the medical team.

Example: adherence to a long-term daily treatment

Problem. A treatment taken alone at home can slide into irregular use, or even be stopped for months, without anyone noticing.

Jinko’s response. The nurse keeps in regular contact with the patient and shares what she observes with the doctor, to spot disengagement before it turns into a treatment interruption.

Outcome. The patient is no longer alone with their treatment. A difficulty is identified and shared with the doctor before it takes hold.

Example: an injectable treatment administered at home

Problem. A patient could receive treatment at home but stays in hospital because their doctor does not want to lose visibility between appointments.

Jinko’s response. The nurse trains community healthcare professionals and coordinates exchanges between home and hospital. She becomes the point of reference that allows the doctor to trust the set-up, even remotely.

Outcome. The patient is treated at home, while their doctor keeps real visibility on their follow-up.

Example: the transition from paediatric to adult care

Problem. In some chronic conditions, many patients stop their treatment when moving from paediatric to adult services.

Jinko’s response. The nurse prepares the handover, remains available during the most critical window and coordinates the previous and new teams so that nothing gets lost along the way.

Outcome. The transition feels natural for the patient, with no loss of information between care teams.

We tried lots of programmes and tools, and nothing worked. Jinko changed everything. What makes the difference is nurse coordination.

Our model

The quality of a nurse, the power of AI

For the first time, human support that scales.

A dedicated nurse.

The patient’s point of reference, the doctor’s trusted relay.

A scientific committee for each programme.

Experts in the condition design every protocol.

AI that scales.

It prepares each new programme based on previous ones and handles everything that isn’t care. Each programme is faster to launch, better run and better measured than the last.

Real-world data

Data, proof of the value created

The missing link in real-world evidence: what patients experience day to day, collected by their nurse.

  • 01

Measure. An impact report for every programme: quality of life, tolerability and adherence, using validated scales.

  • 02

Publish. Scientific studies designed with doctors, to document what clinical trials don’t show.

  • 03

Compare. Benchmarks built programme after programme, to learn what really works.

A benefit for everyone

  • For the patient, a daily point of reference. A dedicated nurse who guides, reassures and coordinates their care pathway, with a secure app.

  • For the doctor, a trusted relay. She reports what matters most, without adding to the consultation. The doctor keeps the final decision.

  • For the care pathway, end-to-end coordination. Hospital team, GP, community nurse, pharmacist and carers work together.

Technologie
